Gustavo Arnal was a Venezuelan-American businessman who served as the chief financial officer (CFO) of Bed Bath & Beyond from 2020 to 2022. He died by suicide in September 2022 at the age of 52.
Arnal was born in Venezuela and earned an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the Simón Bolívar University of Venezuela. He also earned a master’s degree in finance from the Universidad Metropolitana.
