The tricolors did not manage to get the first points from the European Under-21 Championship.
The team coached by Emil Săndoi lost at the Steaua stadium against Ukraine U21, following a match that the guests controlled.
Both formations wasted great chances to score, but the two goalkeepers stood out with decisive and spectacular interventions.
The Ukrainians even hit the bar, but they took the lead in the 89th minute when Dican restarted in his own goal.
